Koolituse tulemusena osaleja:
- understand why the Implementation section is a major evaluation criterion in Horizon calls and how it influences both proposal scores and smooth project delivery.
- structure a strong Implementation section by developing a realistic work plan, including staff effort allocation, a coherent timeline of activities, and clearly defined deliverables and milestones.
- identify key implementation risks and propose credible mitigation measures, using the right internal questions to align their team and increase their chances of success while reducing implementation issues during the project.
