Place: Tallinn University, room M-224
Scope: 2 academic hours
Tutor(s): Xavier Frederic Dubois
Target group: All researchers interested in participating in Horizon projects, either as a coordinator, or as a partner.
Group size : 15
Free places: 4

Aim:
This training aims at supporting researchers in two situations:
-To increase the quality of proposals that we submit as coordinators;
-To increase the understanding of potential issues during the implementation when we are partners in an existing consortium.

By the end of the training the learner is able to:
- strengthen the quality of proposals they submit as coordinators and better anticipate implementation challenges when joining a consortium as a partner.

They will be equipped to assess key implementation elements such as consortium set-up, team planning and recruitment needs, allocation of person-months, methodological feasibility, workload realism, and the appropriate number and content of deliverables and milestones, as well as basic budget eligibility considerations.

Participants will be able to identify common risks and bottlenecks that may complicate planned projects and outline practical ways to address them.

Content
- consortium building;
- team planning and recruitment;
- person-month allocation;
- feasibility of methodology;
